It was three days filled with enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and engaging conversations on leadership and growth as our entire H&Z family came together. This year's retreat held particular significance, as we proudly welcomed 29 new international colleagues into our expanding family since the previous retreat in October.
This growth reflects our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. We were delighted to see how seamlessly our new team members integrated into the H&Z culture, and their warm reception was truly cause for celebration.
