H&Z further strengthens its capabilities in digital procurement transformation and expands its expertise across the entire value chain.
Munich, May 21, 2026 – To support clients even more comprehensively from strategy through execution, H&Z Group has acquired jupitos GmbH, one of the leading specialists for procurement digitalisation and Ivalua implementations in the German-speaking market.
With this acquisition, H&Z further strengthens its capabilities in digital procurement transformation and expands its expertise across the entire value chain — from strategic consulting and technology transformation to digital implementation and the application of artificial intelligence.
Together, H&Z and jupitos are enhancing their existing capabilities in digital procurement transformation by connecting strategy, technology and execution with greater speed, reliability and measurable impact.
For many years, H&Z has supported companies in transforming their procurement organisations. jupitos complements this portfolio with deep expertise in implementing and optimising the Ivalua platform, currently positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Source-to-Pay Suites.
The combination creates an integrated offering that brings strategy, technology and execution even closer together.
