H&Z Approach
H&Z leveraged their expertise to quickly and deeply understand a niche and undocumented market. Working closely with the customer (PE firm) and through an extensive primary research program, the team enriched the existing investment hypotheses with market analytics and storytelling. In the second phase, H&Z focused on validating and quantifying the potential upsides in new applications and markets for FilaTech.

Alongside the families and new CEO Robert de Deugd, PREMIUM will support on growth opportunities and an impressive project pipeline. The firm aims to advance geographical diversification and broaden the product range into technical applications, including gas and water membranes.
