Office Fridays

Office Friday is our dedicated team day: At each location, we kick off the morning with the company-wide Jour Fixe and a shared breakfast. And what’s more, Fridays give us the chance to come together as one H&Z team, beyond the projects we are all working on.

retreats

Twice a year, it’s retreat time at H&Z! It's the perfect time to step out of the daily routine and focus on togetherness. Once with the entire H&Z team and once within the individual departments, creating space for exchange, team spirit, and shared experiences.

Seasonal Celebrations

Shared celebrations such as our summer party and Christmas event are integral parts of our annual calendar. They create special moments beyond everyday work, bringing the entire H&Z team together to celebrate achievements and strengthen our sense of community.

Sports events

At H&Z, health, well-being, and team spirit are a top priority. That’s why, for the past few years, we have been taking part in the B2Run in Germany and the Munich Consulting Cup, always with full energy! Initiated by our Health Team, these sports events underline how important exercise, balance, and team spirit are to us beyond project work.
