Position

Do you want to get to know strategic and operational HR topics in a management consultancy and play an active role in developing them? You enjoy taking on responsibility and like to work independently and in a structured manner? Are you a real team player and do you want to get hands-on?

Then we have just the right position for you:

INTERN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
from August, at least 3 months, in our Munich office - full-time

Your mission

You’ll be a full-fledged team member and will primarily support us in recruiting—from active sourcing and candidate screening to coordinating and facilitating interviews
You’ll assist with employer branding, university partnerships, and job postings, and contribute your own ideas
You’ll work with our HR tools, such as Personio and Kantata, and handle operational and administrative HR tasks
You’ll quickly be given your own areas of responsibility and will manage them independently and reliably
You’ll also experience a unique culture in our innovative and family-like environment

Your profile

You are studying business administration, business psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR
You have already gained some practical experience in the HR field, particularly in recruiting, active sourcing, or employer branding
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks
You enjoy interacting with people, communicate confidently, and are eager to actively contribute and take on responsibility
