H&Z Sustainability Report
This is our third Sustainability Report, covering the financial year 2024. Building on the progress of previous years, the new edition provides a fully consolidated view of our sustainability performance across the entire H&Z Group. It includes

A major achievement in 2024 was the formal integration of sustainability into our governance structures. ESG principles now guide both our internal operations and client projects, firmly embedding responsible business practices throughout the organisation.
We have established a comprehensive set of formal policies that define responsible conduct and compliance across all activities, including

- Procurement Policy

These policies are reviewed annually and updated when needed. We also operate a whistleblowing mechanism that is accessible to all stakeholders through our website. In 2024, no cases were reported.
