As the global leader in stretched film production technology, Brückner Maschinenbau enables premium packaging and high-tech applications worldwide. To maintain this position, engineering excellence alone was not enough—true leadership required a deeply embedded quality culture that connects strategy, governance, and daily operations.

While Brückner’s quality processes were implemented, yet they did not ensure transparency, effective prioritization, consistent tracking, or lasting resolution of unresolved issues. The challenge was clear: to create a future-ready quality management system that fosters transparency, collaboration, and long-term excellence.

  • Introducing a Quality Performance Index (QPI) and integrated KPI dashboard – to drive data-based decision-making

  • Introducing quality management processes in engineering and procurement ensuring quality issues are detected before they occur
  • Creating a concise Quality Handbook supported by a strategic communication plan – to embed the new mindset across all levels of the company.
