H&Z Advises Armira on the Acquisition of INTEC Industrie-Technik Conducting the Commercial Due Diligence
INTEC is an owner-managed, independent engineering services provider serving premium customers in the automotive, aeronautics, marine systems and defence sectors. As part of the succession planning of INTEC’s founders Reinhard Baranowski, Ralf Franz and David Weber, Christoph Otten will become INTEC’s new Managing Director and CEO on the 14th October. Together with the management team led by Daniel Baranowski, Daniel Sieve and Christian Kuwer, the company will continue to pursue its growth strategy in order to further expand INTEC’s services in both the military and civilian sectors.
