Guido Groß has served as Divisional Board Member Small Business Customers at Commerzbank AG since 2022. Prior to this role, he headed Customer and Sales Management for Small Business Customers and held several senior positions in Corporate Banking and Audit. In his current position, he is responsible for the bank’s business with founders, selfemployed professionals, and companies with up to 15 million euros in revenue. His focus lies in continuously assessing economic and industry trends, deriving the resulting challenges for companies, identifying opportunities, and providing holistic support to customers in pursuing their growth ambitions.
