JUNIOR CONSULTANT at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

You work together with our project teams on site at the customer and support with the necessary analyses as well as the structuring and support of the project
You contribute to the creation of strategic, innovative and individual solution concepts and recommendations for action
You work internally on the further development of H&Z
In your role, you conduct customer interviews and accompany workshops and meetings

Your profile

A completed master’s degree from a well-known university
Initial experience in management consulting through internships or active engagement with a student management consultancy
You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language
