Intern in Marketing, Content & Digital
Position
Would you like to help our marketing team raise the profile of the H&Z brand and further develop it across all relevant channels?Would you like to work on exciting projects related to content, digital communication, design, and the use of new technologies?
Then we have the right position for you:
INTERN IN MARKETING, CONTENT & DIGITALfull-time, starting immediately, minimum of 6 months, for our Munich office
Your mission
- You’ll help create, maintain, and further develop our website and contribute to optimizing content for SEO and performance.
- You’ll research, plan, and create content for our digital channels—from LinkedIn to newsletters to the website.
- You’ll help develop, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- You’ll create graphics, presentations, templates, and other design assets in line with our corporate identity.
- You’ll develop infographics, visuals, and creative formats for social media, the website, and internal communications.
- You’ll work with modern AI tools and help identify and implement new use cases for marketing, content creation, and efficiency improvements.
- You’ll contribute to analyses and reporting and, together with the team, identify opportunities for optimization.
- You’ll support the further development of our marketing processes and actively contribute your own ideas.
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing an advanced bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, communication, media, design, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
- You have already gained some practical experience in marketing, content management, design, or digital communication.
- You have very good knowledge of Canva and, ideally, some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
- You’re interested in digital trends, content marketing, SEO, and the use of artificial intelligence in marketing.
- You have a good feel for language, design, and brand communication.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are highly motivated to learn.
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Ideally, you’re available for six months to join our team.
