Position

Do you want to get to know strategic and operational HR work in a management consultancy and actively help shape it? Do you enjoy taking responsibility as well as working independently and in a structured way? Are you a real team player who is ready to work hands-on?

Then we have just the right position for you:

INTERN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Full-time, starting immediately, for at least 4 months, based in our Munich office

Your mission

You will be a fully integrated team member and will primarily support us in recruiting - from active sourcing and candidate screening to coordinating and facilitating interviews
In your capacity, will assist with employer branding, university partnerships, and job postings, and contribute your own ideas
Part of your role is to work with our HR tools, such as Personio and Kantata, and handle operational and administrative HR tasks
You will quickly be given your own areas of responsibility and will manage them independently and reliably
Your experience encompasses a unique culture in our innovative and family-like environment

Your profile

You are studying business administration, business psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR
You have already gained some practical experience in the HR field, particularly in recruiting, active sourcing, or employer branding
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks
You enjoy interacting with people, communicate confidently, and are eager to actively contribute and take on responsibility
