Stephan Deussen appointed as new Group CFO of the H&Z Group
H&Z strengthens its leadership team by appointing Stephan Deussen as Group CFO to support the next phase of growth and professionalisation.
The management of the H&Z Group comprises Stefan Aichbauer, Harald Enz and Michael Santo. With extensive expertise in consulting and private equity finance, Stephan Deussen joins the team to further professionalise the group.
‘Stephan Deussen has exactly the skills we need. His financial expertise and strategic vision will help us to successfully master the next steps on our growth path,’ said Michael Santo, Managing Partner of the H&Z Group.

Following the entry of investor EMZ less than a year ago, the H&Z Group is on course for growth. With Transform8, now operating as H&Z.Digital, and Haselhorst Associates (CRO/restructuring), successful platform partners have already been acquired in the first year. The company is planning both internal and external growth and is strengthening its role as a market leader in management consulting, digital transformation and restructuring.
