Your mission

  • You support our customers in the conception, implementation, and productive use of modern data platforms and data management solutions
  • You design data warehouse and lakehouse architectures from the initial idea through to live operation
  • You develop and operate robust ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure clean monitoring and reliable error handling
  • You model data and implement high performance data structures for analytics and BI applications
  • In your role, you implement data quality and governance pragmatically and create transparency and traceability along data flows
  • You provide data for analytics and BI and support the implementation of dashboards and reports
  • In close collaboration with business departments, you gather requirements in workshops and translate them into viable technical concepts that are implemented by you or your technical colleagues
  • You act as a reliable point of contact for the customer and create enthusiasm for topics around business intelligence

Your profile

  • A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, data/analytics, industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on data management, or a comparable qualification
  •  At least three years of practical experience in data and project environments
  • Implementation experience in at least one BI tool, ideally Power BI, Qlik Sense, or SAC, and the ability to represent modern BI solutions
  • Data modelling and the development of modern ETL processes have been part of your project experience, especially regarding data from SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA
  • Very good SQL skills or experience with Alteryx, Knime, or similar tools complement your ETL understanding
  • You have experience in clean data modeling and performance fundamentals as well as strong, project proven Python skills for data processing and automation
  • A solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and modern lakehouse architectures as well as initial experience with analytics and BI setups
  • Enjoyment of consulting, a structured way of working, and teamwork
  •  Very good German and good English skills

Your mission

  • You bring your procurement experience and expertise to the development of cost reduction measures and strategies for commodity group optimization
  • You are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the workstreams and their activities in your area of responsibility. 
  • There you will develop effective cost reduction measures and commodity group optimization plans (Value Creation Plan) for the purchasing department by applying potential analyses, the preparation of tenders, the application of commercial as well as technical purchasing levers and make-or-buy decisions.
  • In your role you are also responsible for the development of our consultants on the projects
  • You coach clients and own consultants, convince in discussions and workshops and actively share your knowledge

Your profile

  • A completed master's degree from a well-known university 
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in procurement in an international, market-leading company, ideally with project experience
  • A deep and fundamental understanding of procurement and experience in areas such as commodity group management, commodity group strategy, material cost reduction, negotiations and supplier days (in particular also dealing with monopoly situations, game-theoretical approaches and more)
  • You bring with you: analytical understanding, potential assessments, tricks of the trade in dealing with SAP data
  • You also have specific expert knowledge in one or more of the following product groups: electrical components, mechanical parts such as castings, stampings and welded parts, or for raw materials such as steel and plastics. Alternatively, you bring expert knowledge in several indirect commodity groups. This includes experience and knowledge of procurement levers, market knowledge, supplier structure and supplier landscape.
  • Experience in leading workshops and in managing a variety of procurement activities 
  • You are fluent in German and English 
  • In addition to your analytical and structured way of thinking and working, you should also have a good feel for situations and people

  • There you will deal with the development of Target Operating Models for procurement, the selection of suitable system platforms and the design of harmonizing processes

  • In your role you are also responsible for the development of our analysts and consultants on the projects and you lead your respective consultant team 

Your profile

  • A completed master’s degree from a well-known university or even better: an MBA or PhD 
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with another management consultancy or in the consulting area of an IT consultancy 
  • Functional know-how in procurement paired with a deep understanding of procurement systems and possible extensions from an end-to-end perspective, IT-Architectures, system and process know-how, ideally supplemented by experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, etc.

Position

The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering procurement excellence and value creation projects within a growing UK team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver tangible outcomes across direct and indirect spend categories, while developing your consulting skillset to the next level.
You will take responsibility for defined workstreams, actively manage your deliverables, and contribute to both project success and the development of the wider consultancy.

  • Analyse complex client data and develop robust, fact-based insights
  • Create high-quality client outputs and presentations

Your Profile
You have a strong foundation in procurement consulting and are ready to take the next step in your career within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Ideally, you bring:
  • An excellent degree and/or MCIPS qualification
  • Proven experience as a procurement consultant with a recognised UK or European consultancy
  • Hands-on delivery of procurement outcomes across direct and indirect spend
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills with attention to detail
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Clear understanding of procurement and related technical issues
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Confidence working under pressure in client-facing environments

Your mission

  • Project responsibility: You independently lead Board implementation projects in enterprise planning, from requirements gathering through to go-live
  • Solution consulting: Part of your role is to jointly design and optimize planning, forecasting, and reporting processes with the client, and to translate business requirements into robust solution and data models
  • Hands-on implementation: You design and build customer-specific planning and reporting applications in Board, including the implementation of multidimensional data models, calculation procedures, and dashboards
