The Young Transformation Alliance – Actively Engaging Young Talent and Growing Together
The Young Transformation Alliance (YTA) is the initiative within the Transformation Alliance specifically aimed at our junior consultants. Its goal is to involve them early in international exchange, develop their skills, and give them the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping the alliance.
The YTA focuses on three key objectives:

- Growing together and sharing best practices
- Learning from each other’s methods, tools, and experiences
- Participating in joint trainings and workshops

The YTA stands for networking, learning, and participation – offering young talent the chance to take on responsibility early and gain international experience.
