Family & Consulting

Balancing family and consulting can be challenging, but at H&Z, it’s a top priority. Under our guiding principle of head, heart and hand, we’re committed to helping our people harmonise their professional and personal lives.

In addition to the external support with voiio, we’ve developed our own internal initiative: Family & Consulting. This H&Z-driven program focuses on the specific challenges of balancing a career in consulting with family life. It includes tailored measures, practical tools, and internal resources: created by us, for us. For us, this support is not an add-on, but an integral part of our culture.

Stay-in-Touch Initiative

With our “Stay-in-Touch” initiative and flexible working models, we specifically support our employees during parental leave and when returning to work. Even before the leave starts, we stay in touch, accompany the first weeks after returning and offer voluntary mid-leave talks if desired. This keeps our employees up to date on important company information and events and allows them to continue using H&Z benefits during this time.

Fe&Male

Fostering strong connections and personal exchange among colleagues is also a key part of our commitment to the successful advancement of both women and men.
To support this, we launched the Fe&Male Network. Our goal is to strengthen the common ground between our female and male employees, encourage open dialogue, and support personal development. At the same time, the Fe&Male Network serves as a platform to openly discuss company-wide questions of equal opportunity.
