Position
You want to get to know consulting the way it really is? You are ready for teamwork on our projects? You are up for doing research and analysis?We are always looking for talented candidates who are interested in joining us for an internship in management consulting. UNSOLICITED APPLICATION INTERN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING Full-time, starting earliest from March 2026, minimum of 4 months, in our Munich office
Your mission
- You are a full team member in our challenging consulting projects in different industries / functional areas (on-site at the customer or in the H&Z-office)
- You support our experienced colleagues with challenging analyses and presentations, as well as the structuring and supervision of the project
- You work on the creation of strategic, innovative and individual solution concepts and recommendations for action
- You also work on exciting internal topics such as research activities
Your profile
- You are at the end of your bachelor’s or master’s degree – with very good study results
- You have already gained initial experience in a number of internships
- You are committed, motivated and enjoy taking responsibility
- You know what VLOOKUP and Pivot tables are and you are able to apply them
- You are fluent in German, what further increases your chances with us: very good knowledge of English (and possibly other foreign languages) and the ability to critically reflect on your own results

Working Student HR
Position
Do you want to get to know strategic and operational HR topics in a management consultancy and play an active role in developing them? You enjoy taking on responsibility and like to work independently and in a structured manner? Are you a real team player and do you want to get hands-on?Then we have just the right position for you:
Working Student in Student Management (HR)20 hours/week, from March/April, at least 6 months, in our Munich office
Your mission
- You are a fully integrated member of the HR team and take responsibility for your own areas within student management, as well as exciting projects that you drive forward independently
- You will gain insight into the entire employee life cycle – from recruiting to onboarding, talent development, and employee retention
- You will organize and conduct interviews, develop ideas to improve employee satisfaction, and work with tools such as Personio
- You will also experience a unique culture within our innovative and family-like environment
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or another business-related field—ideally with a focus on HR—and will remain enrolled for at least two more semesters
- You have already gained relevant experience through previous internships in Human Resources (e.g., in Recruiting, Employer Branding, or Talent Development)
- You are communicative, proactive, and enjoy engaging with others.
- You are motivated to actively and independently drive HR projects and topics forward, contribute your ideas, and help shape our work
- You are fluent in German and also have an excellent command of the English language
