HR Interview


We start with a first virtual conversation to get to know each other. We learn more about you, your motivation, and your experience – and you get your first impression of H&Z.

Case/Technical Interview


Next, we dive deeper into your professional skills. Depending on the position, this could be a technical interview or a case interview, also held virtually.

Recruiting Day


Finally, we invite you to our Recruiting Day. You’ll have additional interviews, meet our team and experience our way of working firsthand, getting a full picture of what it’s like to work at H&Z.

Onboarding at H&Z

as part of the team from day one
During your first one to two weeks at H&Z, you’ll get to know everything you need for a successful start. We provide your equipment, introduce you to all departments, and guide you step by step through your personal onboarding journey. Using our learning tool, Eloomi, you’ll have a clear overview of live sessions, e-learnings, and all activities, helping you settle in quickly, connect with colleagues, and be fully prepared for your new role. Gradually, you’ll become more involved in projects and work processes until you reach the highlight of your onboarding: the Integration Days. This two-day offsite event gives you the chance to meet our executives, learn more about H&Z’s cultural values, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company. At the same time, you’ll meet all new hires from the past months: the perfect opportunity for networking and building connections.
