H&Z leveraged their expertise in getting a quick and deep understanding of a niche and undocumented market Working in close collaboration with both the customer (PE firm) and via a broad research program focused on primary research, the team enriched the existing investment hypotheses with analytics and storytelling from the market.In the second phase, H&Z developed new and existing value creation measures to provide a roadmap for the new partnership after closing. Such value creation levers included growth, digitization and circularity.
