H&Z leveraged their expertise in the space sector in getting a quick and deep understanding of a niche technology, working in close collaboration with both the customer (PE firm) and via a broad research program focused on primary research.
In the second phase, H&Z engaged in detailed discussions with the client regarding the project pipeline to boost confidence in current trading. Additionally, value creation measures were developed in collaboration with all stakeholders to provide a roadmap for the new partnership post-closing. These value creation levers included new product development, international expansion, and further professionalization of the organization.
