Client Challenge

The client’s primary challenge was the high dependency on a key partner, which creates significant strategic and economic risks. This dependency restricts flexibility and growth potential. Additionally, there are financial constraints, weak business development, and operational issues, such as slow new platform development and obsolescence risks. 

 

 

H&Z Approach

The H&Z approach for our project began with a series of interviews with functional experts and management personnel from the company. These findings were enriched with external expert interviews to shed light on possible future applications. These discussions, combined with the extensive executive experience of our H&Z team across various industries, enabled us to thoroughly analyze and address key topics. By leveraging this collective expertise, we successfully identified critical information necessary for developing future solutions. To map our findings and results effectively, we employed the Business Model Canvas as our primary tool. This structured method ensured a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and facilitated the creation of innovative and sustainable strategies. 

 

 

Results

The results of our project were highly impactful and comprehensive. Firstly, we conducted a deep analysis of the current state of the company, meticulously describing all SWOT elements. This thorough assessment provided a clear understanding of the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Secondly, we performed an extensive market review to identify possible future applications and key customers. This review highlighted potential growth areas and target markets, offering valuable insights into where the company could expand its reach and increase its market presence. Lastly, we developed critical strategic guidelines for the company’s future. These guidelines were designed to steer the company towards sustainable growth and long-term success, addressing key areas such as process improvements, technological advancements, and strategic initiatives. Together, these results have equipped the company with a detailed roadmap for the future, ensuring they are well-prepared to navigate challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
