More than 40 cross-industry senior executives across various industries came together for H&Z Management Consulting 10th Service Round-Table. The event aimed to address the current trends, developments and challenges facing the service function.

We were privileged to have had inspiring speeches from notable speakers such as Benjamin Scher, Dr. Jesko Merkel, Michael Scheuter, Julian Weber, Meike van t Hoen, Volker Griesbach and Jörg Conrad.
During an interactive panel discussion moderated by Tilman Bona and Tatjana Utz-Erhardt, we delved into the topic of the shortage of skilled workers and explored different approaches to tackling the issue.
We also took a retrospective look at some of the excellent ideas shared in previous meetings, on what has worked, what lessons have been learned, and how to continue successfully. Thank you everyone for sharing your personal experiences and stories! Special thanks to Guido H. Baltes reflecting these finding on a scientific background.
