We are thrilled to unveil our first ESG report, a testament to our strong commitment to sustainable business practices. Creating a sustainable business has always been at the core of our consulting philosophy with “Head, Heart and Hand”. But this is the first time we have given a comprehensive, tangible and codified account of our initiatives.

We have joined the SBTi initiative and are reducing our emissions by 50% by 2030. Reduction > Compensation!
We are a climate-neutral company and offset unavoidable emissions through high quality compensation projects worldwide.
People – Being part of the Community
Since 2003, we have helped socially disadvantaged through our association "Hirn Herz Hand e.V.". All projects are the result of personal contacts between our employees and the recipients of donations. We are not only financially supportive, but like to lend a hand ourselves!
